I wanted to thank you for taking the time a few weeks back to try and talk us through some possible solutions to our problem. You went above and beyond what good service is to try an help us out and we appreciate it. Of course, I’ve come to expect this from you guys because you always do such a good job: you’re fair, things are fixed right the first time and you always do your best on naking sure that customers get theirvehicles back as quickly as possible.
People are quick to complain, but are slow to compliment, and quite frankly, these days the chance to compliment is few and far between, so I do really value the relationship I have with you as a consumer.
Just wanted to drop you a note saying thanks for taking care of my dad’s car. It was so nice to not have to worry how he was being taken care of. His car is runing great now and I’m sure you have a customer for life since he has done nothing but talk about how good you took care of him. Thanks again.
